I have been a patient of Dr Gadallah for over 15 years, for my blood pressure, before his affiliation of MDVIP. When I did the MDVIP physical exam I was very impressed with how detailed and complete my examination was. Again Dr… See more
My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
I am board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. In addition to the practice of general internal medicine, I have expertise in all aspects of kidney disease and hypertension and special interests in cardiovascular and preventive medicine. As a professor of medicine in renowned universities for most of my career, I acquired the knowledge and skill to teach medicine; specifically kidney diseases and hypertension, which I presently use to provide the most comprehensive care possible for my patients.
I have been practicing medicine in Southwest Florida for many years and have excellent relationships with knowledgeable specialists, in all aspects of healthcare.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Gadallah
Cannot have any higher praise than to say Dr Gadallah has been there for my wife and me 24/7 - we are both MDVIP members - whenever had a medical issue.
Congratulations on your lifetime commitment to your patients welfare and the medical profession!
Dr. Gadallah is bar none the Dr. most attentive to details and the patients true well being. Always feel that he is doing what is in my best interest and never moving quickly to get to the next patient to get through the day. Spends as much time as necessary to work through any questions and concerns and explains everything clearly.
My MDVIP doctor retired and Dr Gadallah took over his practice. I was distressed because I hated to start over with a new physician. After two visits with Dr Gadallah, I couldn't be happier. He takes an extraordinary time with his patients and is very kind and understanding. I am impressed with his education and experience. I feel fortunate to be one of his patients.
