Laura Oppenheim, MD

As the daughter of a family physician, I always hoped to emulate my father in his profession. And now, as a practicing physician in center city Philadelphia, I continue to model my father's approach: attentive, thoughtful, careful and patient. As an MDVIP-affiliated physician, I will be able to closely work with you to help you achieve and maintain your health goals. In addition to my interests in preventive medicine, cardiovascular health, diabetes, hypertension and women's health, I am a board-certified geriatrician. I am keenly aware of the complex medical issues that people face as they age. I am dedicated to providing quality, evidence-based medicine to effectively treat and guide all my patients. I listen to my patients, treat them effectively and serve as their advocate through a complex medical landscape.

I am affiliated with both the University of Pennsylvania and Jefferson Health networks and my office is in downtown Philadelphia.
