Last Memorial Day weekend Dr Schubert met me in his office on Saturday and again on Monday. This took from his family time over the holiday weekend. He was actually the one suggesting he meet me at his office both times for a minor procedure since I was going out of town on Tuesday. Definitely above and Beyond Customer/Patient Care.
