Always available

One of the things that I truly appreciate about Laura Oppenheim is the promptness with she responds to phone calls and portal messages. I have never had a physician who is so quickly responsive. And the information she shares is both reassuring and challenging, giving me instructions and advice with a calm, engaging voice that sends me into action. This has been consistent since I signed up for MDVIP. And if she does not hear back from me soon, she often follows us. Brava!

We signed up in Philadelphia, but now we live in Arziona and spend a lot of time in New York with our family, but we see her in Philadelphia when it is physical time.

My favorite story is when I was in New York and needed an ear lavage. I could barely hear. She found an MDVIP in Manhattan, only one stop on the subway from me, and arranged for them to call me and make an appointment that day to clean out my ears. Once again quick and responsive.
