Dr. Chaconas has gone the extra mile for me.

On more than one occasion Dr. Chaconas has gone the extra mile for me. He has quickly obtained referrals when needed, something Ive found difficult in this area with other physicians; he went to bat for me with my insurance company to obtain an expensive medication that could easily have been denied but thats made a tremendous difference in the quality of my life. Most importantly, he takes the time to really listen. He is competent yet compassionate. I feel we actually collaborate on my health care decisions and I appreciate him so much.
