Dr. Jennifer Miller saved my life

Dr. Jennifer Miller found blockages in my arteries in the neck and legs by just listening. She had me tested to see to what extent. Telling me I was a time bomb was pretty sobering, but I procrastinated going for surgery as I had just taken a new job and did not want to be out of work. Well, she laid the law down on me. She told me I could either go and take care of this or wind up having my family take care of me when I no longer could or possibly die. I got the left side of the neck done and was going to get the other side worked on when I had to go for a heart cath. That showed I needed open heart surgery. I got that done and after recovery, got the right leg fixed. Since my three surgeries were back to back, I wanted to wait before I got the other side of the neck done and the other leg. I had them done the next year and am in a lot better shape than I was thanks to her finding the blockages.

If Dr. Miller had not discovered the blockages, I might not be here today. I owe my life to her professionalism, caring and dedication. I am eternally grateful that I have her as my doctor. I am delighted she is in the MDVIP program. It is so different on visits and much more like a country club setting than just a patient.
