The greatest virtue of Dr. Matt is he always listens to not only my health issues but about my Family and there well being. We both have many things in common, our love for the game of Golf, our Family, and especially our Son's who are Veterans He has always just been a phone call away and usually knows exactly what to prescribe to get me back on my feet. Eighteen years ago he told me it was time to give up my dream of playing Tournament Golf, I had tried to qualify for 3 years in a row to make the cut to the US Senior Open. I missed the cut at age of 52 by 2 shots, but I was having trouble dragging my right leg along while walking the Golf Course, because of the bone on bone arthritis in my right hip. Dr. Matt sent me to Dr. Tom Mulvey who replaced my right hip in January of 2003, and I have been able to continue playing Golf although at age 70 I am happy when I shoot 80. Dr. Matt was there for me and my Wife, Martha, in 2018 when our Son passed away from Leukemia on June 18th. He gave us the mental support to help us through the grieving process, and continues to always show us his love and concern for our well being. He will always be my Doctor as long as I can do the 90 minute drive to Peoria from our small farm near Vermont, Illinois. He has been my Doctor for well over 20 plus years, and I am proud to call him my Friend. Thank You and God Bless you and your Family, Sincerely Lee & Martha
