From WilMA and Barney. Dr Neibaur is a caring excellent dr. He is easy to communicate with, he listens to our concerns and offers answers. The staff is friendly and helpful in getting immediate appts when needed. It is a comfort to know that if we need medical attention on weekends a Dr is on call.
