Dr Serrano is a very compassionate and caring doctor. He spends all needed time during the visit and explains in simple language the cause and treatment for health issue at that visit. He is accessible all the time and responds to phone calls without much delay even when he is on travel.
After my surgery in 2014 for S.B.O. at NWH, he provided all the guidance and help for my quick recovery and rehabilitation. His help made a big difference.
