Dr Phillips has been my primary physician for over 30 years. He has been a good guiding directive in keeping me healthy with suggestions and when needed prescriptions and tests.
Dr. Phillips has a great manor about him and a lovely family. And he has treated me as family.
I (we) are lucky to have him as our physician as well as Dr Kelly , his associate and daughter.
