Last year when I went for my Wellness Exam, I had lost 25 pounds from the previous year's exam date. I needed to lose this weight, and Dr. Day had advised that I do so. He stated that even 10 pounds would be helpful. His exuberance over my weight loss really motivated me to keep it off. It is almost time for my 2020 Wellness Exam, and I have kept it off. Hopefully, I will weigh in down a few more pounds. I have "heard his encouragement" throughout the year. I'm glad that Dr. Day was not one of those doctors who are reluctant to address weight issues and the impact being overweight can adversely affect one's health. Thank you, Dr. Day!!!
