Encouragement

Geoff (I use his first name- not doctor) has inspired me to continue my good lifestyle habits such as healthy eating and exercise. At least once a year we meet and go over my lab results and my checkup. Since he is health oriented I respect his opinions even more. We need more doctors like him!
