I was referred to Dr. Chaconas originally by my Cardiologist so he could get my lipids in order. He was a Saint and went the extra mile to get me on the right medicine and my numbers in line. I cannot thank him enough. Now as my MDVIP he is exceptional and always available. You cannot get any better care.
