In the last year , I have lost 20 lbs [ 220 to 200 on a 6'2' frame ] and started lifting weights again. I am more active walking 11,000 steps/day VS less than 4000.
All of my vitals are in good shape. We [ my wife is also a patient] are eating healthier and more active in general. THANKS
