I decided to give MDVIP a try as our brother-in-law is a physician and just recently became an MDVIP doctor, so I had a vague idea of what the organization was about. I just signed up with Dr. Hopkins in 2017 and had my first executive physical a few months ago. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with his thoroughness and genuine concern for my health and well being. I have been very conscious of my diet and have increased my aerobic exercise to 40 minutes, averaging over 5 days per week.
