For almost 20 years I have , some times frequently, called Jeffrey with a list of facts about my immediate disease or pain. In a gentle, knowledgeable manner he tells me about reality which may use additional facts. That knowledge always relaxed my anxieties, and follow instructions with a smile on my face.
