Dear Dr. Perez,
I am pleased to take this opportunity to let you know how grateful I am for the care I have received this past year. I have had more medical as well as emotional issues this year than in the past.
You, Dr. Mestre, Jennifer, Jafra as well as everyone in the office have been exceptionally kind and compassionate. This has meant so much to me.
As I write this I am feeling healthy and I attribute it to the care I have been given.
