Timely Discovery of Heart Problem

Dr. Mike Day has been my PCP for many years. So when he joined MD/VIP my husband and I signed on. In the first physical that I had under the program, Dr. Day found a "glitch" in my EKG. He said it was in an EKG done for a surgery I had the year before, but was worse. So he had me schedule an appointment with my cardiologist. I had a coronary angiogram which showed blockage in two arteries. I was put on medication and a 6-month appointment schedule. Without the physical done by Dr. Day, I may have not known of these blockages until a stroke or heart attack.

Dr. Day quickly responds to questions that I have and send to him via text. He is very open to appointments to simply talk about problems and help me with answers.

Madeleine, Dr. Day's nurse, and Ms. Pat, his receptionist, are two of the friendliest and most helpful ladies.
