I have been going to Dr. Barmach for over 30 years. Even when I moved from Philadelphia to New York City 15 years ago, I still travel back once a year for my annual physical. He got me through an exploding appendix and a diagnosis of cancer. I remember coming to from my cancer biopsy and he was over me with a smile. He didn't have to be there, but he made it a point to. He is funny, blunt when needed, and smart. I can call him day or night. The very best.
