My husband, Paul and I are new MDVIP patients and couldn't be happier! Dr. Payne warmly welcomed us into her practice last August and we feel so well taken care of! From the very thorough physical at her office to answering any questions we have had via texts or calls, she is just the best!! She personifies the MDVIP mission!!
