My wife & I have been patients of Doctor Vicki Bralow for many years. When she shared with us her plan to join MDVIP and the cost involved we had a choice to make. Realizing the cost it would entail we had a decision to make. Since we were so happy with her we decided to follow her. We have no regrets. She is there for us in every way. She is our doctor and my wife says she is her… See more

My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...
I am board-certified in family medicine and am a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. My hospital affiliations include Pennsylvania Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and I have developed close relationships with many of their top specialists. I speak to them directly about my patients' acute medical needs and can often schedule appointments quickly. My personalized healthcare practice is in the Bella Vista neighborhood of Philadelphia near historic Society Hill, Queen Village, Midtown Village and Washington Square. Our South Street location is vibrant and diverse, and the office is sunny and colorful with views of our community garden.
As your private doctor, I will help you navigate the healthcare system, which can be a daunting process, and I will be your advocate for any healthcare concerns outside of my office. I also offer conveniences, like same- or next-day appointments that start on time, which may be found in concierge medicine practices. I look forward to being your physician partner as we begin your journey towards a healthier you.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Bralow
Dr. Vicki Bralow is great at investigating health problems and treating them. Because of Dr. Bralow I became aware of my high cholesterol and hardened arteries. With her help, I have been able to improve my health. She answers texts quickly and shows genuine concern. She also refers me to well respected specialists when needed. Her office is very responsive and sets up appointments for tests… See more
Vicki responds professionally and promptly to my texts and takes action when necessary. She advocates for me and goes the extra mile. For example she called my cardiologist and moved my appointment to an earlier date post ablation. In short, she is wonderful!
There is no particular story, just an endless case of feeling well cared for, knowing that if there's a problem she will try to figure out a solution. She's smart and on top of things. I trust her to take the best care possible of me.
I have had concierge Doctors in the past, so when I moved to Philadelphia I began looking for the same type of direct access to my Primary Care Physician.
I never had much need for a Dr outside of yearly checkups, so the first few years here I had the expected attention I felt I needed, but not an intimate relationship with the Dr and staff.
Last year all of that changed. I was… See more
The first time I went to see Dr. Bralow I knew that she would be able to make the difference with me that needed to be made. I had anxiety and had already lost 30 lbs. by the time I had my first visit with Dr. Bralow and was only sleeping 3-5 hours on a good night. A lot of nights I was awake around the clock. I had racing thoughts and was extremely tired. I was truly worried, sad and afraid… See more
In 2016, two days before Thanksgiving, I found out that incidental findings, from an emergency room visit at the end of October for an abscess tooth, were much more serious than I originally thought. As it turned out I had a brain aneurysm and as soon as I was on blood thinners long enough (about two weeks) I would be having a pipe line put in place by a neurosurgeon. On top of that I was… See more
Many thanks to Dr. Bralow for helping guide me to a far stronger state of health than when we first met. The solution was a combination of annual physical exams, with thorough discussion of results; then referrals to specialists who can often be so hard to access, including an outstanding nutritionist and personal trainer. She listens, discusses, analyzes, and cares. My blood profile tells the… See more
As a working mom with 2 teenage daughters, I was struggling to coordinate medical care for myself and my busy family. Dr. Bralow has been a godsend for our family. In our house, I call her "Dr. Mom" - when my daughters come to me at all hours with health concerns big and small, I tell them to text Dr. Mom- "Have you texted Dr. Bralow about that?" They have developed a… See more
When I was diagnosed with a cancerous mass on my ovaries I had an angel (Dr. Bralow) in my corner. From going through tests to well after my surgery I got my answers and explained all procedures. By communicating through email or texts conversations we’re so easy. I never felt like “just a number.” I was feeling uncomfortable “hot flashes” when she visited me in the hospital with an electric… See more
